all sales are final. each piece is made by hand with a lot of time and love. our work is one-of-a-kind with a lot of character and imperfections.

we do our best to photograph our work. please keep in mind that the image may appear differently according to your computer screen.  please read each listing.

refunds and exchanges are not available for quotes that may differ slightly from another source. if the item received is the same as shown in the photo of the listing, the sale is final. we do our best to verify all quotes, however, slight variations of quotes and author's names do occur.

each order is packed safely.  however, we are happy to replace any items that have been damaged due to shipping. simply take a photo of the damaged item and box and send it to us within 3 days of receiving your order. we take great care in packing all orders.

note that orders shipped to canada may require additional customs/duties fees upon receipt.  also, first class international mail to cananda from the usa can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.

orders within the usa are shipped via usps ground advantage unless upgraded shipping is purchased.
